PLC Training Scheduled at St. Bernadette

St. Bernadette has offered to host a Play Like A Champion Today (PLC) training on Sunday, October 24th from 1-4pm. This training does require a minimum of 15 coaches to pre-register, or we will have to cancel. Please use the registration form and instructions found on the PLC website.

Cross Country Coaches Meeting and PLC Tonight

Tonight at 7:00pm is the Cross Country coaches meeting in the Isaac Orr Conference Room at the Chancery (910 Marion St. Seattle, WA, 98104). Immediately following the coaches meeting, we will be having two simultaneous meetings.

First, from around 7:45 to 8:30, we will be having a Cross Country coaches clinic, with cross country commissioner, and Blanchet HS cross country coach, John O'Leary. This clinic is intended to help coaches who have some questions about coaching cross country in CYO, and will take place in the small conference room off of Isaac Orr.

In the main room, we will have a Play Like A Champion Today training for any coach needing to stay for the training. We hope to get started with the pre-clinic survey by 7:45, and begin the training content promptly at 8:00pm, so that we can get out on time before 11pm.

1st-3rd Grade Soccer Schedules Are Not Done

The 1st-3rd grade soccer schedules are not done yet, but we are working on them. Many of you might have noticed the turmoil with the schedules at the end of last week for 4th-8th grades, and because of teams dropping from the schedule late last week, we lost 2 full days of scheduling the 1st-3rd grades. We hope to have the schedules posted by tomorrow (Wednesday). Thank you for your patience.

Soccer Schedules Re-Posted

Thank you for your patience. Soccer schedules are now back up. Please double check your game schedule, as it might have been affected by the many changes we had to do today.

Soccer Schedules Under Construction

Kindergarten and 4th-8th Soccer Schedules were posted last night, but due to several drops, we are having to re-work many of the schedules. As a result we have temporarily taken the schedules down from public view, and will be re-posted once the revisions have been made. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please check your schedules again before Saturday, as your game for this Saturday might be affected by the changes.

Online Forms

We have now updated the online forms. On our Forms Website, you can now find Online Incident Reports and Lopsided Score Forms for the Winning Coach and Losing Coach in soccer.

2010-2011 CYO Athletics Manual Has Arrived

The 2010-2011 CYO Athletics Manual has arrived, and the content from that manual should now be accurately reflected on our website. Thank you for your patience as we finalized our 2010-2011 policies and procedures. You may find reference to Online Forms in the manual, and please be aware that we are working to create those forms as quickly as we can, so that they will be ready for the start of soccer season on September 11th. When we have published those forms, we will update you via the blog.
