North Sector User Group Meeting Dec. 2009 Agenda

North Sector User Group Meeting December 2009 - AGENDA

Date: December 15, 2009 - Tuesday, 2 hours between 7:00pm & 9:00pm

Location: 100 Dexter Building (Parks Headquarters) across from Elephant Car Wash on Denny Ave. ADDRESS: 100 Dexter Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109

Meeting Atmosphere: Open transparent communication.

For time consideration we are requesting User Group participants submit questions prior to meeting, giving us a chance to quantify questions, considering the majority of the questions will probably be similar.

Example of possible questions;
How will the department handle field scheduling with the increase in population & emerging sports?

Questions sent prior to meeting will help the Department run an organized and fair session for all participants to be involved.

We are considering opening the meeting 1/2 hr earlier for anyone who might need to leave early, view any information (Photo's, Presentations, pamphlets), enjoy coffee and snacks, etc., or get questions answered.
